Handled integration and coordination with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) as an acquiring bank for QRIS TAP implementation on the Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) system. Investigated transaction issues through troubleshooting and log analysis, and collaborated with internal teams and acquiring partners to maintain stable and reliable payment operations.
